Narrative Entertainment has signed a new FAST deal with Samsung TV Plus to continue the expansion of its kids’ POP channel, with launches in Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.The launch of POP will bring popular shows including Totally Spies! and The Cat In The Hat Knows A Lot About That! to family and co-viewing audiences in Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines. In July, Samsung TV Plus also launched POP on FAST for families in Australia and New Zealand.“This is another great step in our partnership with Samsung TV Plus and the expansion of our digital presence, reaching huge co-viewing audiences in these new markets,” said Narrative Entertainment Digital Director, Jacob Ahlin. “We’re focused on being in the right places for IP owners and brands, giving them the best possible commercial opportunities.”Narrative Entertainment runs the POP, Tiny POP, and POP Up channels in the UK, delivering free TV to children from 2 to 12. POP Up was launched in May 2024 as a rotating single-IP FAST channel.
